100th A 320 of Indigo Airlines

Low Cost Airlines of India M/S IndiGo Airlines celebrated another milestone today.Indigo took the delivery of its 100th A 320 on 3rd of November 2014.However the aircraft will touch down in Delhi on the 4th Nov …which is exactly 100 months from Indigo’s first flight.

Recently  Indigo has placed a order for 250 A 320 aircraft. which was the single largest order . This is the biggest ever for narrow body aircraft by signing an agreement with Airbus for 250 A-320neo (new engine option) aircraft.

India’s low cost carrier Indigo has signed a deal with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd (ICBC) worth $2.6 billion for financing 30 new aircrafts.Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in India in September and both the countries are expected to do deals with billions of Dollars.

There will lot of jobs opportunities  Indigo in coming future. The decrease in ATF prices is a great global cues . It will help all the airlines. Indigo is the only airline of India which has been posting consistent profits in difficult times.
