Air Arabia Abu Dhabi to Launch Kolkata-UAE Flight Service in March
Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, a low-cost carrier, announced that they are ready to launch flight operations to Kolkata from Abu Dhabi starting March 15. According to the Airports Authority of India (AAI), the service between Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International (NSCBI) Airport, Kolkata, and Abu Dhabi International Airport will be available three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
The aircraft will depart from Abu Dhabi at 2.25 pm (local time) each day, arriving in Kolkata at 8.20 pm (local time). On the return journey, it will leave Kolkata at 9.05 pm (local time) and arrive in Abu Dhabi at 1.05 am (local time). So, passengers will have the same flight schedule on all three days.
The airline will operate an Airbus A320 on the route, according to a press release issued on its website. In addition to Kolkata, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi’s India services include Cochin, Calicut, Trivandrum, Chennai, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
Adel Al Ali, group chief executive officer of Air Arabia, stated that their service will offer customers more accessible and inexpensive options for professional, recreational, and cultural travel between the two countries.
Air Arabia Abu Dhabi has been offering low-cost travel solutions to customers since its inception in 2017. The airline operates a fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft and offers a wide range of amenities and services to its passengers such as in-flight entertainment, complimentary pre-booked meals, and complimentary baggage allowance.
