APPROACH PLATES
Approach Plates are essential for the pilots, who are going to fly at the new airports. These approach plates are required for doing instrument approaches at a airport. It consists of SID & STAR i.e. STANDARD INSTRUMENT DEPARTURE & STANDARD TERMINAL ARRIVAL ROUTE.

is there any vfr arrival departure procedure for any airports in india???
At any airport you can fly VFR…it all depends on weather conditions.
While flying VFR you dont need any SID’s..
