Become a Airline Pilot
Well many people still dont have proper knowledge regarding how to become a airline pilot.Here i am listing some basic steps.
1.Pass 10+2 with science and mathematics
2.Get your class one medical fitness certificate before joining any flying club.
3. Apply for Computer No. in DGCA.
4.Contact some flying clubs across the world and join some reputed club.
5.Side by side clear your aviation papers and radio telephony exam.
6.If you have done flying from outside India than you have to get your license converted.
7.Apply for a job and enjoy your life(If you get that).
Procedure for applying COMPUTER NO. in DGCA.
You need to send following documents for getting the computer no.
1.Application form .(Leave your email id for any type of forms.)
2.Marksheet of 10 and 10+2 (PCM)
3.Address Proof
4.Birth Certificate
5.Xerox of logbook (10 hours atleast)
6.Ground Schooling Certificate from flying club
7.Break Down Certificate of flying.
EXPENDITURE FOR COMMERCIAL PILOT TRAINING: Basically expenditure is all dependent on the country from where you are going to fly.For a rough estimate it cost somewhere around Rs.20-22 lakhs including your lodging and boarding.

Admission Procedure :
Get the form from IGRUA’s website
Minimum Eligibility are 17 years of age,10+2 with PCM (minimum 55 % ). A exam i.e WOMBAT is conducted, tha VIVA and then interview.
i have done my 10+2 with commerce…is there any way to become a pilot?.?
Yeah you can become a pilot….First of all clear your physics and maths paper through open schooling….Than you will be elegible fr a pilot…..

i gave my std 10th this year
and m planning to do Engineering 1st as there are no jobs for pilots more than 1000 CPL holders are sitting ideal
m planning to do Diploma in INSTRUMENTATION then B.E after that if the conditions are better i will do my CPL
will a Degree help me in my Aviation career?

Its gr8 that at this stage only you know your way ahead…..
First of all the pilots with certain gradtn degree will obviously be preferred more as compared to 10+2 student.
Salary is same for every first officer.It doesnt depend on hours or degree.
The salary difference is only between first officer and commander.
Well there are so many good clubs all over the world..
Flight Safety in US is at the top.Its bit costly but its the best.
In India IGRUA is best. Prepare for it…you will definitely get into it if you are good in your studies.
I think its best for Indians coz it has the reservation in Air India.

How do I get from Bangkok to Koh Samui? I am planning on taking the overnight train from Bangkok to Surat Thani which arrives at approx 8am. From there I need to catch a ferry to Samui island. What ferry service should I take? How far is the train station from the ferry docks? What is the best way to get from the train station to the ferry?
