Latest Patent Of Airbus :

Aircraft Manufacturer,Airbus has received the patent for “AIRCRAFT INCLUDING A PASSENGER CABIN EXTENDING AROUND A SPACE DEFINED OUTSIDE THE CABIN AND INSIDE THE AIRCRAFT”

As per this design, passengers will be able to sit in circular configuration, allowing more passengers to be seated inside the aircraft. The size of the aircraft is likely to be reduced with this design, which will enable the aircraft to land at smaller airfields also.

This concept has come from  “Fly Your Ideas” concept by Airbus, in which thousands of people participate from across the world. People showcase and submit their ideas annually in this programme.

In this design, the sealed bottom of aircraft passenger cabin have to be fastened with heavily sized fasteners so as to withstand the load induced by cabin pressurization.

Along with the increased passenger capacity, there will be increase in cabin width as well.
