Go vs GoIndigo

The smallest airline of India M/S Go Air has legally filed a suit against biggest pvt airline of India i.e. M/S Indigo Airlines. As per spokeperson, Go Air is losing a big crunch of market share to its rival airline Indigo Airline over website name.  Indigo airline is using “GOINDIGO” as their domain name and marketing it on the same lines,which is the starting of “Go Air “as well.  Initially Go Air tried to resolve the issue with having talks with Interglobe Aviation, however that didn’t work out. As both the airlines are into same business, Go Air have accused Indigo for “passing off” & infringement of its trademark.
