Serious Shorstage of Pilots in Jet Airway

Jet Airways is facing a serious shoratge of commanders for B-737 & A-330 and forced to hire expat pilots ,instead of the deadline of DGCA i.e July, 2011 to phase out expat pilots. The flights are being delayed because of shortage of pillots only.
