What a strategy ?

In order to revive Air India,  the board of directors has approved the order to increase the fleet to 245 planes, which means to add 100 more planes to the loss making airline. Spokeman said that this step is favorable as according to normal terms per aircraft there is need of 100-110 persons ,whereas currently airline has around 400 persons per aircraft. So just to make the bridge ,Air India has decided to add 100 more aircrafts.
