Currently ,all the Govt Dept has been directed to collect fees online through Bharatkosh Portal. Bharatkosh is a centralised website where a user can do any payment related at any dept of govt in just few clicks.

How to do Bharatkosh Payment for DGCA Class 1 & Class 2 Medical ( Renewal and Issue Both )

Step 1  :

Visit  https://bharatkosh.gov.in   and click on Non-Registered User

Step 2 :

Click on “Purpose”

Step 3 :

Ministry :

Civil Aviation & Tourism &  click ” Search ” 

Step 4

Search for Medical and choose for appropriate option.

Step 5

Fill the remarks as ” Class 1/2 Medical issue or renwal ” and proceed next.

Step 6 

Click on “NEXT” and fill the depositor details

 

Submit the details ,pay the money and get the receipt.

FAQ :

Can depositor use offline services if he/she does not have access to these channels?
The depositor can use offline channel for depositing the challan. The challan (GAR-7)/ Deposit slip can be generated and amount can be remitted to designated bank by intra-bank transfer or using NEFT/RTGS using the format generated by NTRP system.

Any reference and other details available to track and confirm status of credit?
The NTRP will generate Challan No. for depositor’s reference and to be used by banks in remittance to PAO/DDO’s/ other designated accredited bank’s account. The reference will be sent on Mobile/eMail for ready reference so that printing of challan can be avoided.

How option of cash/cheque/Demand Draft can be used?
The cash and instruments can be deposited with designated branch(es) of accredited banks based on the purpose and this does not allow flexibility of using other branches of accredited bank and other banks for these options.
